The following are required to successfully operate with the
A.P.S. Software Online Website:

Active membership in the N.C.C.A. and are Licensed* OR Active member in the S.A.C.C. and Completed Creation Therapy

A valid Credit Card

Accurate Personal Information

Have Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) installed and working on your computer

Please choose one of the following:

	I am enrolled with a Certified Academic Institution (C.A.I.) taking N.C.C.A. courses. C.A.I. Name:
	I am a direct student of the N.C.C.A. and I am currently under supervision, and have been granted exemption to process APS reports online.
	I am a member of the N.C.C.A., I have completed phase I and II and I am licensed by the N.C.C.A.
	I am a member of the S.A.C.C. and I have completed Creation Therapy and I am not enrolled in any program with the N.C.C.A., nor am I immediately planning on enrolling in one.

Please allow a minimum of 1 - 2 business days for application processing.

* Please Note: If you are completing your training in the NCCA and have only completed Phase I please check with your supervisor before applying for the A.P.S. Software Online. As part of your practicum you are required to complete 25 A.P.S. reports through your supervisor, or Certified Academic Institution, before you can be released to run reports on your own. If you have completed Phase II and are licensed by the NCCA this does not apply and you can proceed.
